Unrelated to yesterday’s search for photo ref (for an illustration I’m working on), but dovetailing nicely with same — it’s the GI Joe-scale fully articulated “George W. Bush in a flight suit” action figure.
It doesn’t say if accessories include a 1/6 scale sock to stuff in his crotch.
